Unconstrained customer requirements combined with technology disrupters in the cloud, big data, analytics, social and mobile is the new norm for businesses in the App Economy. With rapidly changing technologies fostered by transformation and competitive threats, product and application lifecycles are shortened creating the need for changes in how development work is funded and executed on.
