After one of the toughest years for markets since the Global Financial Crisis in 2008, investors are now preparing portfolios for another year of rising interest rates, high inflation and weaker returns versus the past decade. In a recent survey of 59 professional investors, ETF Stream and J.P. Morgan Asset Management found 85% of respondents believe 2023 will be a year of volatility while 61% are predicting a recession.
