Mr. Stephans has more than 25 years of manufacturing and technology experience and a proven track record in productivity and profitability. With a deep understanding of manufacturing systems, Mr. Stephans brings great insight and leadership to Rootstock and holds a BS in Operations Management and Information Systems from Northern Illinois University

Mr. Burton has over 25 years of industry, solution engineering and consulting experience in the field of supply chain, ERP and other critical business systems. Mr. Burton is focused on guiding customers in their adoption of enterprise cloud platforms and ERP solutions. Mr. Burton has a Masters in Management from Georgia Tech.

Mr. Austin has over 10 years of finance and accounting experience for early-stage and high-growth companies, primarily in the medical device sector. As Director of Finance at SPR Therapeutics, He oversees the company’s accounting, finance, IT and HR functions. Mr. Austin has significant experience in developing and executing operational and financial strategies that position early-stage companies for efficiency and growth. In addition, he has been involved in over $45 million of successful private debt and equity offerings, as well as over $20 million in non-dilutive funding initiatives from both Federal and State Government agencies.

Mr. Rajendran provides strategic leadership and directly oversees sales, marketing, partnerships, administration and overall company direction. He comes to the company with more than 25 years experience in executive roles, engineering, manufacturing, and quality. He’s a member of several Boards and holds degrees in both Industrial and Mechanical Engineering.

Ms. Willett has over 25 years of life sciences and manufacturing industry experience in business process and software technology and more than 15 years in quality and regulatory compliance. She has participated in standard committees for the creation of digital standards with the FAA, FDA CDER and CDRH and works repeatedly with industry on FDA’s leading Quality initiatives. Ms. Willett’s LinkedIn Quality & Regulatory Network Group has 123,000+ members worldwide, and she holds a B.S. in Computer Science.

Mr Sanatore has more than 14 years of experience in the Quality Management space with 11 years at Sparta Systems and 2+ years at Assurx, where he was one of the earliest employees. In his role as a Solution Engineer, Lou is focused on helping customers understand and adopt the ComplianceQuest Solution.
