Since the major releases of BPMN 1.2 in 2009 and 2.0 in 2011, process modeling has matured and BPMN is critical to nearly every process discovery practice. By now, most people familiar with BPMN have heard of decision modeling notation (DMN) for business decision management (BDM); however, they might not know how to incor­porate DMN into their process modeling practices. If your organi­zation wishes to combine process modeling with decision modeling in BPMN/DMN, you will need to know the basics of decision modeling in DMN. In this webinar, we will describe the DMN basics and how it changes the old ways of process discovery in BPMN.
