Data-Centric Communications in Software-Defined Systems: An introduction to DDS - ERP Spain.com - España y América Latina

Software-defined systems rely on rapid, dependable communication throughout a vast interconnected system of devices and subsystems. Yet as the systems evolve, those based on a message-centric paradigm simply cannot keep up. Choosing a data-centric framework solves the scalability challenge. RTI Connext, built on the Data Distribution Service (DDS) standard, uses a publish/subscribe approach that enables loose coupling of system elements to make data available where and when it’s needed - regardless of system size.
