Infor, a leading provider of beautiful business applications specialized by industry and built for the cloud, today announced that Champion Petfoods has selected Infor Food & Beverage for use in its award-winning kitchens. The Canadian-based maker of Biologically Appropriate™ pet food, best known for its brands ACANA and ORIJEN, sought to more closely collaborate with its producers of fresh regional ingredients by enhancing its kitchen technology. Champion selected the Infor Food & Beverage suite, comprised of Infor M3, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, and Infor ION, a purpose-built middleware. In contrast to Champion's legacy systems, Infor M3 provides an integrated solution that will streamline processes, providing more timely information.
