NetSuite Inc. (www.netsuite.com), the industry's leading provider of cloud-based financials / ERP and omnichannel commerce software suites, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Bronto Software Inc., a cloud-based commerce marketing company.

The acquisition brings together leaders in cloud-based omnichannel commerce and marketing automation solutions.
