Hospital USA con 200 mil empleados utiliza la tecnología Infor HR Onboarding para mejorar sus procesos de contratación

Infor (www.infor.com), compañía especializada en software empresarial, ha anunciado que el Hospital Corporation America (HCA), uno de los primeros proveedores de servicios de salud con 165 hospitales, presencia en 20 estados y más de 200 mil empleados, ha desplegado la tecnologia Go-Live Infor HR Service Delivery Onboarding en el norte de Texas para mejorar sus procesos de nuevas contrataciones.  A longstanding Infor Lawson user, Infor Onboarding will assist HCA in orchestrating all of the steps in the employee new hire process, and ultimately foster reduced costs and help increase the quality of various HR activities throughout the organization.

 
Focused on developing a simplified method that would drive operational efficiencies for people, processes and technology, HCA selected Infor to deliver HR service to employees across multiple HCA entities that is designed to be consistent, automated and high quality. Specifically, Infor Onboarding, which organizes all steps in the employee new hire process, has significantly helped engage new employees at HCA with a more personalized experience -- showing only the content relevant to them and delivering access to onboarding information whenever it is needed. The system also tracks compliance, and notifies HCA HR managers when all the required steps have been completed for any given employee -- cutting back on administrative work and potential human error, and making for a more productive Day One.
 
"We've already received positive feedback on this new system for its ease of use, ability to transfer manual paper practices to more automated procedures, and the more efficient management of HR processes for our organization," said Kelly Furbee, vice president, HR Shared Services Operations, Hospital Corporation of America. "With nearly 60,000 new hires per year across the enterprise, the elimination of some data entry alone will equate to quite a bit of time savings for our HR teams once the system is completely rolled out."
