The customer recognized ReadSoft as the leading solution provider and therefore renewed their trust and investment in ReadSoft for this project. ReadSoft’s extensive global experience of process automation solutions for Shared Service Centers and leading solution features were some of the key decision points for the customer.

In choosing ReadSoft’s solution, the organization hopes to have better control over information flow and early detection of errors. In addition, there will be less manual work and lower document processing costs. This will lead to shorter total processing time and to a productivity optimization of the customer’s existing SAP-investment.

“It is great to see existing ReadSoft customers reaffirming their confidence in ReadSoft by investing further in our solutions,” said Per Åkerberg, President and CEO at ReadSoft. “This is a great example which demonstrates that our customers are achieving strong results and return-on-investment to the point that they are happy to further their relationship with us. We enjoy playing a part in helping customers like this one succeed in business.”
